  • Current adult members of SABO at the Individual level or equivalent
  • Adult members of SABO at the Family level, equivalent, or above

caspbk.jpgThis combination bus and walking tour will introduce you to the cienega (desert marsh), grassland, and riparian habitats of Las Cienegas National Conservation Area. Wildlife possibilities include Gray Hawk, Vermilion Flycatcher, Cassin's Kingbird, Verdin, Lucy's Warbler, Blue Grosbeak, Cassin's Sparrow, Grasshopper Sparrow, and newly reintroduced Black-tailed Prairie Dog. Limited to 12 participants.

The tour will combine driving in SABO's small tour bus with short walks in various habitats.

$30 per person for members of SABO, $35 for non-members. Prepaid reservations are highly recommended; fees are refundable only if unforeseen circumstances force SABO to cancel the walk
