elfowl.jpgSix of southeastern Arizona's twelve owl species nest in the canyons of the "sky islands," but they can be difficult to find and identify. Join SABO naturalists on a no-tapes night walk in search of Whiskered Screech-Owl, Elf Owl, and other night creatures.

Participants must be comfortable walking on unimproved roads and trails after dark, aided by small flashlights.

$15 per person for members of SABO, $20 for non-members. Participation is limited, and prepaid reservations are required; fees are refundable only if unforeseen circumstances force SABO to cancel the walk.
